PRIVACY POLICY

Data Collection: We collect personal information (name, email, phone, company details) solely for project communication and service delivery purposes. This data is processed under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract performance.
Data Processing: Your data is stored on encrypted EU-hosted servers and is only accessed by authorized personnel involved in your project. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data Retention: Personal data is retained for the duration of the business relationship plus 2 years for legal compliance. You may request deletion at any time by contacting [email protected].
Your Rights: Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing of your personal data. Contact [email protected] to exercise these rights.
TERMS OF SERVICE
Service Agreement: All services provided by DesignFlowNetworks are governed by a Statement of Work (SOW) executed between the client and DesignFlowNetworks. Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights transfer to the client.
Payment Terms: Invoices are due within 14 days of issuance. Late payments accrue 1.5% monthly interest. Project work may be paused for invoices overdue by 30+ days.
Deliverables: DesignFlowNetworks commits to delivering all specifications outlined in the executed SOW. Changes to scope require a written change order with adjusted timeline and pricing.
Warranty: All deliverables carry a 30-day post-delivery warranty covering defects in workmanship. This warranty does not cover issues arising from third-party modifications or client-side changes.
REFUND POLICY
Cancellation: Clients may cancel a project within 48 hours of signing the SOW for a full refund. After this period, any work completed is billable.
Milestone-Based Refunds: For projects with milestone payments, refunds are available for any undelivered milestones. Completed milestones are non-refundable.
Dispute Resolution: Any billing disputes must be raised within 30 days of invoice date. DesignFlowNetworks commits to resolving disputes within 5 business days.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
